C-3’s new Urban Crawl Program is an experiential-based event designed to engage C-3 members and prospective members in exploring what’s happening in our communities related to the built environment, design, landscaping, transportation and more.

Nonmembers $20


The July C-3 Urban Crawl will take place in the City of Vista with 

John Ahlswede (Sun Country Builders) as our tour guide. 



Start Point ~ Vista City Hall

Brief introduction from Economic Development Director Kevin Hamm 

and Planning Director John Conley


Stop #1 ~ Main Street

A quick stroll down Main Street to see all the new businesses in the district,

and get a brief history of the area


Stop #2 ~ North Santa Fe Project & Sprinter Station

Check out the new TOD development in the city by Community Housing Works 

while Mary Jane Jagodzinski, CHW representative speaks


Stop #3 ~ Vista Village

A brief overview of pedestrian-oriented town center in the heart of the City


Stop #4 ~ Paseo Santa Fe Street Improvements

Paseo Santa Fe street improvements – overview of award-winning streetscape project 


Final Stop ~ Mother Earth Tap House

Eat, drink and discuss what we’ve learned!
