For the Public Good

C-3 was founded to advance good planning in San Diego. Recently, San Diego seems to have taken a step backward for each step forward on important planning issues. At this month's Breakfast Dialogue,  Citizens Coordinate for Century 3 (C-3) will present panelists who are known to have or are currently navigating the rough waters of San Diego's difficult implementation environment.

Speakers will discuss how and why it’s difficult to make progress and what has been effective on issues of concern to them and their constituents and, in the bigger picture, how our politics and government need to change to make progress possible. “We must change the existing culture that impedes us from moving important policy forward,” says Roger Lewis, C-3 president.
