C-3 Presents:

A Discussion with Roger Showley

C-3 is pleased to offer a new opportunity to its members.  As a supplement to the monthly breakfast dialogues, we are beginning an occasional series of small-group, evening programs focused on interesting people and issues.  These members-only events will allow more personal engagement between a single guest and an audience of no more than 20.  Light refreshments will be provided.

The first program in this new series features San Diego Union-Tribune reporter Roger Showley in a discussion of how San Diego has grown and changed during his 40 years as a local journalist.

Roger Showley covers growth and development, encompassing commercial development; redevelopment; major public projects; planning; architecture; urban design; and historic preservation. A third-generation San Diegan and graduate of UC San Diego, he has been at the U-T since 1974. He has written three books on San Diego history. He lives with his family in Scripps Ranch.

Registration is limited to the first 20 C-3 members who respond.

The attendance fee is $20.00.  It must be paid at time of registration and is non-refundable.

Citizens Coordinate for Century 3 (C-3) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to education and advocacy on issues of policy, planning, and design throughout the San Diego region. Federal Tax ID: 95-2593199
